As a native New Yorker, I was lured here several years ago by my wife, who grew up in Lewes. After my "beach week-end" introduction so long ago, we are now raising our two children here and can't imagine living anywhere else!

I've come to know our resort inside and out! As a Lewes and Rehoboth Beach area real estate agent, I offer experience in both residential and commercial sales. Andrew Staton is a co-owner of the Beach to Bay Real Estate Center and heads the Auction Services Division. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science and History from Longwood College and a Masters degree in Business and Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a certified real estate auctioneer, certified auctioneer, and certified personal property appraiser. He has more than 10 years of academic and work experience.

After a successful career in management consulting as an associate with BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON, Andrew moved to Rehoboth Beach to become a full time licensed real estate professional. He originally hails from Delaware County, Pennsylvania and moved to Southern Delaware in 1998. Mr. Kulp, with a background in construction and small business, began his real estate career in Rehoboth Beach in 1999.
